Elton Gardening Club meets monthly at 7.30 pm in Elton Village hall on the last Thursday of each month with the exception of August.
During the lighter evenings of June and July, members take the opportunity to visit local gardens. During the summer trips are arranged to well known gardens, such as the RHS gardens at Harlow Carr.
Guest speakers are invited to monthly meetings to give interesting talks, mostly illustrated with slides, on a wide variety of horticultural subjects e.g. fuchsias, herbs, vegetable gardening, bonsai, euphorbias and much more.
The club has over 30 members from Elton and surrounding villages. Non-members are always welcome to attend meetings at a small cost of £2.00.
Anyone is very welcome to join the club and/or participate in our visits.
